Construction on an eighteen-acre golf resort starting recently at The Bays of Frisco. It’s a thrilling initiative situated in Frisco, Texas, lying between PGA Parkway and Highway 380.

Partnering with TaylorMade from California, The Bays at Frisco will feature a four-story, 100,000-square-foot golf lab and suites. These suites will equipped with real golf equipment and the latest technology. The resort will also include a restaurant and bar, as well as an onsite boutique hotel.

Recently, leaders from The Bays, TaylorMade, and the City of Frisco gathered to celebrate the official start of construction. Parker and Pierceson Coody, PGA Tour players from North Texas, were also present to hit the first official drives at The Bays.

The Bays developed to offer an engaging golfing experience for all, including beginners and experienced golfers.

It will include top quality hitting bays and a large 25,000-square-foot putting green with a spacious bar area. The restaurant at the golf course will also have a video wall measuring 100 feet across as well as other upscale options made by a chef.

On the third and fourth floors, there will be a 12,000-square-foot private membership club, offering exclusive amenities for members. Additionally, there will dedicated spaces for corporate suites, events, and partnerships, making The Bays a versatile destination for various occasions.

The Bays will have a boutique hotel with 19 rooms located on the third and fourth floors. Each suite will have its own private hitting bay, and there will be options for one- and two-bedroom rooms. For corporate events or office retreats, executive suites will be available.

The boutique hotel will also feature a rooftop pool with cabanas, providing a relaxing spot for guests to enjoy.
