News: Blake Hinson Denies False Report About Bronny James
Bronny James made headlines news after the Las Vegas Summer League due to rumors that weren’t his fault. There were reports that an unnamed Lakers player criticized the team for giving James special treatment. This stirred up some controversy, even though James wasn’t involved. The rumors were baseless and created unnecessary drama.
The story was based on a claim from an anonymous player, which often suggests it isn’t very credible. Despite this, because Bronny James is the son of a Lakers star, the rumor spread quickly. Blake Hinson, who played well at the Summer League with James, spoke out against the claim. In an interview with Trevor Lane and Matthew Peralta from Lakers Nation, Hinson strongly denied that James received any special treatment. He called the rumor nonsense and dismissed it.
Hinson responded, “No, that’s not true. Honestly, I’m not surprised by rumors like this. We need to check if there’s any truth to it because, in reality, Bronny was treated just like everyone else.”

Hinson praised Bronny James, saying he’s easygoing and stays out of trouble both on and off the court. He couldn’t understand how the rumor started and called it nonsense. Hinson enjoyed playing with James and emphasized that the claim was not true and shouldn’t be taken seriously.
If Bronny James had received special treatment, Hinson would have noticed it since they played together a lot during the Summer League. Both James and Hinson were welcomed warmly by fans. Given the attention James has received since being drafted, it’s not surprising that rumors spread. However, Hinson firmly believed the story was false.
