Chicago Bears and DJ Moore Agreed on 4-Year, $110M Deal

The Chicago Bears and extensive receiver DJ Moore agreed on a 4-year Deal, $110 M contract extension. This is the largest settlement in the crew’s history. The deal consists of $82.6 million assured, negotiated by Drew Rosenhaus, Jason Rosenhaus, and Robert Bailey.

This is the third maximum guarantee cash for an extensive receiver in NFL records, in the back of Justin Jefferson and A.J. Brown.

Furthermore, Moore 27, had years left on his contract with the Carolina Panthers. He was supposed to end up a free agent in 2026. Now, he signed with the Bears through the 2029 season. He joins an extensive receiver institution with 12-year veteran Keenan Allen and the ninth average draft choose, Rome Odunze.

Similarly, Moore, a former first-spherical choose, became the key participant in a 2023 alternate. The trade sent the No. 1 overall pick from Chicago to Carolina in exchange for Moore and four draft picks. Left guard Teven Jenkins is in the final year of his rookie contract. The Bears told him and his agent to wait until after their Week 7 bye to start negotiations.

By extending Moore, Poles has secured the Bears’ offensive core for a long time. The team now has quarterback Caleb Williams, wide receivers Rome Odunze and DJ Moore, offensive tackle Darnell Wright, and tight end Cole Kmet all under contract. They are secured for at least the next four years.

Moore is the present-day huge receiver to get a huge agreement this summer. DJ Moore deal makes him the second-highest-paid huge receiver, simply in the back of Minnesota’s Justin Jefferson, who signed a four-year, $140 million settlement in June.
