In 2008, Dr. Anthony Fauci was honored with the Presidential Medal of Freedom by then-President George W. Bush, also recognizing his exceptional achievements in public health and medical research. His impact extends globally while, evidenced by the impressive tally of 62 honorary doctoral degrees bestowed upon him by universities around the world.

The memo paints a picture of Dr. Morens engaging in unlawful conduct, including the deletion of crucial federal COVID-19 records, so utilizing personal email to evade scrutiny under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and exhibiting a pattern of behavior unbecoming of a federal employee.
